I'm a happily married mum with two children in primary school

My first career of 14 years was naturopathy, I am now dedicated to teaching Pilates and empowering my clients through the freedom of movement

As someone who has navigated the challenges of endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome throughout my hormonal life, I understand the struggle firsthand

While I still experience symptoms, I've found relief through fasting, food, fitness and exploring my feelings
